What is an IPTV reseller panel?
An IPTV reseller panel is the part of an IPTV panel where resellers log in to create and renew customer lines with credits. In Xtream-Masters it is built in: the admin sets packages and credit prices and ticks which reseller groups may sell each package, resellers create sub-resellers, and a Reseller API lets them automate orders.
Xtream-Masters is a self-hosted IPTV/OTT panel (Xtream UI / XUI.ONE replacement) that installs on your own Ubuntu server and migrates Xtream UI, XUI, NXT and other panel databases, resellers included, by remote database or mysqldump file.
| Hierarchy | Admin, resellers, unlimited sub-resellers, clients |
|---|---|
| Billing | Credits per package and screen count, packages ticked per reseller group |
| Credit top-up | Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase, Cryptomus, Binance |
| Reseller API | Enabled per reseller group, API key and access code endpoint |
| Resellers sell | Lines and ActiveCodes |
| Migration | Resellers move from Xtream UI, XUI, NXT and other panels |
| Price | €40/month until 31 Dec 2026, then €70/month from 1 January 2027 |

IPTV credits: how resellers pay for lines
One package per duration, a credit price for every screen count, ticked for the reseller groups that may sell it.
Example: one “1 Month” package
Default Connections = 1, Multiple Connections = 5 (the highest you sell), a price on each row. One package then covers every line.
Credit amounts are an example from the official FAQ. You set your own prices.
| Line the reseller opens | Packages shown |
|---|---|
| New, expired or trial | Every package ticked for the reseller group, all screen options |
| Active line | Only packages that offer the line's exact screen count |
| Active, other package group | Reseller picks Reset Time (lose days) or Keep Days (pay difference) |
| More screens needed | Use Adjust Connections in the line menu, Extend never changes screens |
More reseller panel features
Tools your resellers use every day, all inside the same panel.
Reseller API
A dedicated reseller API for order processing and user management, enabled per reseller group with its own key.
Reseller access codes
Reseller login only through a secret access code link. Create separate codes for different reseller types to trace attack sources.
Bouquet order per market
Resellers reorder bouquets per line in Edit Line, for example UK Sports on top for a UK reseller, Ramadan channels first for an Arabic reseller.
Reseller Private CDN
A reseller adds a small VPS in VPN Servers, points a domain to it and routes chosen lines through his own IP and domain.
Batch Manager
Generate and manage ActiveCodes in bulk, hundreds at once, with predefined subscription templates.
Client cPanel and tickets
Each client subscription gets its own control panel, plus channel reports, channel requests and a support ticket system.
Custom expiry videos
Show a branded video when a subscription expires instead of an error screen, fewer support questions for resellers.
Up to 5 panel CDNs
If the admin or reseller panel address goes down, move to one of up to 5 panel CDNs so resellers can keep working.
Branded player app
A separate product: give resellers their own branded IPTV player app. See IPTV app for resellers.

Short answers taken from the official Xtream-Masters FAQ and product page.
Is Xtream-Masters an IPTV reseller panel where I buy credits?
No. Xtream-Masters is IPTV panel software for operators. You install it on your own Ubuntu server and sell credits to your own resellers. Xtream-Masters does not sell IPTV subscriptions, channels or reseller credits.
How do reseller credits work in the Xtream-Masters panel?
The admin creates packages and sets a credit price for each screen count, then ticks the reseller groups allowed to sell each package. A reseller spends credits when creating or extending a line. Example from the FAQ: 1 screen 5 credits, 2 screens 9, 3 screens 12, 4 screens 15, 5 screens 18.
Can resellers create their own sub-resellers?
Yes. The reseller system is multi-tier: resellers create unlimited sub-resellers, each managing an independent client base, and can pass credits reseller to reseller. Member groups with custom permissions decide what each tier can do.
How do I enable the Reseller API?
In Admin Menu > Reseller Members > Members Group, edit the reseller group and allow Reseller Use API. Then create a reseller API access code (end-point) in System Security > Access Codes. The reseller creates an API key in Reseller Menu > API Documentation.
Which payment methods can resellers use to top up credits?
Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase, Cryptomus and Binance are built in, so resellers top up credits automatically. Fund logs keep an audit trail of every top-up.
Why does a reseller see only some packages when extending a line?
For an active line, the reseller only sees packages that offer the exact screen count of that line. A package is also hidden if it is not ticked for the reseller group, Is Official is off, or Package Override is off for that reseller. Set Default Connections to 1 and Multiple Connections to the highest screen count you sell on every package.
Can I migrate my resellers from Xtream UI, XUI.ONE, NXT or another panel?
Yes. The database migration moves users, lines, bouquets, streams, movies, series, categories, resellers and settings, either from a remote database connection or from a mysqldump file uploaded as /root/backup.sql.
Run your own IPTV reseller panel
Install the Xtream-Masters panel on your Ubuntu server, migrate your resellers and let them top up credits on their own.
