The license is €40 per month until 31 December 2026, then €70 per month from 1 January 2027. One license covers the main server and unlimited load balancers. Multi-Main is an optional €199 one-time add-on.

No. Instead you get a full refund if you ask within 3 days of purchase, paid by PayPal or credit card. Use those 3 days to install, migrate and test while your old panel keeps running. Refunds are paid within 3 working days.

Unlimited. One license covers one main server plus as many load balancers as your traffic needs, with no per-server fee.

No. Xtream-Masters is self-hosted, so you rent your own dedicated servers. The license covers the panel software, monthly updates and support.

The price is €40 per month until 31 December 2026 and €70 per month from 1 January 2027. For any later price change, Xtream-Masters guarantees 3 months advance notice on its website.

The panel runs on Ubuntu 20.04, 22.04, 24.04 and 26.04 for the main server and load balancers. A fresh Ubuntu 24.04 install is recommended. The Multi-Main add-on needs Ubuntu 24.04 or newer.

About 2 to 5 minutes. After purchase you get a Master CMS login (ID starting with xm:), enter your server SSH details and the panel installs itself.

A dedicated Ubuntu server with at least 32 GB RAM is recommended for the main server. Install the panel on a fresh Ubuntu installation for the best security.

The admin panel uses port 7709 by default, and you can change it in the Master CMS panel with Edit Port. Streaming uses ports 80, 8080, 443 and 8443, and the panel database uses port 7999.

Yes. In the Master CMS panel, add your main server, click Migrate Database, then connect to your old database remotely or upload a mysqldump file as /root/backup.sql (or .sql.gz). Pick your old panel (Xtream UI, XUI, NXT or another panel) and click Migrate.

Users, lines, bouquets, streams, movies, series, categories, resellers and settings all move across from your old panel.

No. Keep your old panel running during the 3-day refund period. Migrate a copy of the database, test everything, and switch your customers when you are satisfied.

Yes. Xtream-Masters backups are supported by the other major panels on the market, so your data is not locked in.

Use a strong password and enable Access Codes under Menu > System Security > Access Code. An access code adds a second secret to the admin login link, so a leaked password alone is not enough to get in.

Yes. Server Guard filters Layer-7 DDoS and brute-force attacks and can whitelist IPs for sensitive ports. For very large floods at peak time, the Multi-Main add-on moves playlist, EPG and portal traffic onto edge nodes so the main server stays online.

There are three copies: automatic backups on the main server in /home/xtreamaster/backups/, an encrypted copy in xDrive cloud (free add-on included with the license) and an optional copy in your Dropbox via API.

No. The panel core runs on your own server, so end users keep watching. The admin and reseller panels are reachable through up to 5 panel CDNs, so you can switch to another one if one is down.

Every license includes video tutorials, documentation and technical support for software issues through support tickets. Include your Master CMS ID (xm:) when you open a ticket.

Standard support gives you video tutorials, documentation and help with software issues; you are expected to have basic server knowledge. For hands-on help there is premium support at €50 per hour: the team diagnoses and resolves technical issues, checks your configuration and optimizes your server setup.

New features and improvements are released every month and applied with automatic one-click updates.
