Why Does This Happen?
Most servers are set up for small websites, not big IPTV panels. The default settings are too weak.
Think of it like a small car trying to pull a heavy truck. It will overheat and fail. We need to change the settings to make your server strong enough to handle thousands of users without crashing.
1Step 1: Clean Up First
A messy database slows everything down. Let's clean it up.
- Check Monitor: Make sure
pid_monitoris running. This tool restarts things if they crash. - Clear Logs: Go to your panel tools and clean the
streams_systable. This removes old junk files.
2Step 2: Increase Limits
Linux limits how many connections you can have at once. The default is only 1,024. This is too low for IPTV. We need to change it to 500,000.
Check your current limit:
If the number is low, edit this file:
Go to the bottom of the file and paste these lines:
Press CTRL+X, then Y, then Enter to save.
3Step 3: Fix Network Settings
Now we need to open up the network so more users can connect without lag. We will edit the system control file.
Open the file:
Paste these settings at the bottom:
Save the file. Then run this command to apply changes:
4Step 4: Restart and Check
Restart your server. When it comes back online, run ulimit -u. It should now say 500000.
Your server is now stronger. But there is one more problem...
